i would like to apply for a grant or sholarship. I will be 60 on August 28th. I worked as executive chef for years, obtained a bahelor’s degree, then beame disabled when hit in a car wreck. Voational Rehabiitation helped me start a small sewing business. It has done well in its limited possibilities. I would like to further my sewing and business skills to beome a fashion designer by using online classes at either PennFoster or Stratford colleges. I have to work from home due to the wreck. I am not elegible for financial aid as my school loans for my degree were firgiven due to the wreck. My business is small and limited and I would like to improve my life and business with more training. Thank you for your time and attention. Gayle Rush
